Return policy

At George & Grace London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.

Return Conditions
- You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.
- The cost of returning the item is entirely at the customer’s expense, including international postage.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- You are permitted to try the item on, but you are not permitted to wear it.
- It is not permitted to return products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (some of) them.

Return procedure
1. Please notify us of your return via info@georgegracestore.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs charges or postage costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability
- We are not liable for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.                                                      - If an incorrect address has been provided, the customer is responsible for this.
- Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
